The Waywayseecappo Wolverines finish up a three game stretch against the top three teams in the MJHL on Tuesday night as they travel to Virden to take on the Oil Capitals.
Virden sits at the top of the West Division with a 26-6-2-3 record, good for 59 points. They have beat the Wolverines in three of the four games this season, with the last game a 5-1 win back in November.
For the Wolverines, they are five points back of Neepawa for the the final playoff spot in the West Division, with one game in hand. That game in hand will be used up on Tuesday night.
The Wolverines put up some respectable performances against the other top teams in the MJHL last week, losing 3-2 to Steinbach in overtime, and then losing 4-3 to Winkler.
