Wolverines Pull Trygve’er, Acquire Many Guns From OCN

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines have acquired 20-year-old Forward Trygve Many Guns from the OCN Blizzard in a three-way trade involving Peyton Malcolm heading to the SJHL’s La Ronge Ice Wolves.

In 39 games last season with OCN, the Siksika Alberta native scored 11 goals and 15 assists while adding 145 penalty minutes. According to Wolverines Head Coach and General Manager, Taylor Harnett, Many Guns will fit it nicely with the group in Waywayseecappo.

“Trygve brings great Junior ‘A’ experience, he’s got a great compete level and he’ll definitely be relied upon to play the style of hockey which has helped him become successful in this league,” Harnett said of his newest Forward. “He’s had a great start to the year so far and we’re confident he will continue having that success with his new teammates.”

There’s no question Many Guns is off to a great start to the year. The 6-foot-3, 220-pound winger has scored 3 goals and 3 assists in only 4 games with OCN.
