The Waywayseecappo Wolverines are headed out to Winkler to take on the Flyers for a Sunday afternoon game.
The last time the Wolverines went out for a Sunday afternoon game, it was a game they would like to forget, losing 9-0 in the opening weeks of the season.
But since then, they have played closer games against the Flyers. They lost 5-2 and 4-3 on home ice to Winkler.
The Flyers are second in the league by points percentage with a .795, and a 29-6-2-2 record. They beat their arch-rivals, the Steinbach Pistons 3-2 earlier this weekend.
For the Wolverines, they are now seven points back of the Neepawa Titans, after the Titans beat the Portage Terriers and Winnipeg Freeze, both in extra time. The Wolverines have a game in hand.
