Wolverines acquire McPeak from Estevan

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines have acquired veteran forward Sam McPeak from the Estevan Bruins of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League in exchange forĀ  Future Considerations.

McPeak comes to the Wolverines, heading into this 20-year-old season. Over his junior career he also played with the Canmore Eagles of the AJHL.

The Edmonton, Alberta product says he hopes to bring some experience to the team.

“I play hard the whole game,” says McPeak. “I’m a hard working player, and I can be a leader in the dressing room, and I hope to pass that a long to the younger guys.”

We are pleased to welcome Sam to our organization.
