Williams commits to Robert Morris University

Waywayseecappo Wolverines forward Sean Williams has committed to play NCAA Division 1 Hockey at Robert Morris University.

Williams, from Winnipeg, Manitoba, leads the team in points and goals, with 48 and 27 respectively. His 27 goals are ranked second in the MJHL. He also proved himself at the MJHL-SJHL Showcase in Winnipeg, scoring two goals in the exhibition.

The 6’2 forward is playing in his second year with the Wolverines, and has become just the third Wolverines player all-time to commit to play NCAA Division 1 Hockey.

The other two were Sean Collins when he committed to Cornell University, and Brandon Stanley when he committed to Niagara University.

Robert Morris University is based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the Colonials play hockey in the Atlantic Hockey Association (AHA).
