Wolverines acquire Sotas from Terriers

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines have acquired forward Aiden Sotas from the Portage Terriers for future considerations.

The Birtle, Manitoba product suited up for the Portland Winterhawks in the Western Hockey League in 20 games this season, before being reassigned to the Terriers earlier this week.

The 17-year-old played for the Terriers last season, in 34 games and was called up to the Winterhawks for one game.

Local fans may also remember Sotas suiting up for the Yellowhead Chiefs in the Manitoba Under-18 Hockey League and the Under 15 squad.
