Wolverines Meet Natives In Second Last Preseason Tilt

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines will travel to Neepawa on Tuesday night for their second to last preseason game of the 2019 schedule.

After another round of cut downs, the Wolverines roster is starting to take shape with the start of the regular season quickly approaching in ten days.

Coming off a pair of back to back losses in the preseason, Waywayseecappo will look to get back on track in their second and final preseason meeting against Neepawa. In their first matchup, it was the Wolverines coming out on top in a 3-2 regulation victory that saw Dylan Soosay score a pair of goals.

The Wolverines line up will feature two 20-year-olds, twelve 19-year-olds, three 18-year-olds, a pair of 17-year-olds and one 16-year-old with Russell’s Wyatt Tweet in the lineup.

Goatlender, Liam Tereposky is expected to get the start and go the distance for the first time this preseason.
