Wotton heads to Midland

Waywayseecappo Wolverines Captain Logan Wotton has committed to play with the Midland Warriors of the American Collegiate Hockey Association.

The Foxwarren, Manitoba product has played the last three seasons with the Wolverines, playing 97 games in the MJHL, scoring 18 goals and 16 assists, including career-highs in the 2021-22 season with 14 goals and 11 assists for 25 points.

He was the captain as well in his last season with the Wolverines, and was a supplemental leader in 2020 before that.

“Midland is getting a fantastic young man,” said Wolverines Head Coach Taylor Harnett. “Logan represented our organization with class and dignity. He was always a leader on and off the ice and a very popular teammate. I believe their locker room just got better. He has a great pedigree and plays the game with intelligence and poise.”

The Wolverines would like to congratulate Logan Wotton on this great accomplishment, and thank him for everything he has done for the organization.
