Wolverines trade for Collyer

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines have acquired forward Max Collyer (’06) from the Northern Manitoba Blizard for forward Connor Weber-McKay (’07).

Collyer was part of the Turnbull Cup Champions Blizzard team last year, putting up 19 points (5 goals, 14 assists) in 45 games. He put up two assists during the playoff run, playing in every game.

The Onanole, Manitoba product also played for the Yellowhead Chiefs for three seasons from 2021 to 2024, putting up 80 points in 131 games. He was the captain for the Chiefs during his time.

Connor Weber-McKay will be heading to the Blizzard team playing one game with the Wolverines last season. We thank Connor for his contributions to the Wolverines organization, and wish him the best going forward.
