Tonight’s Matchup: @ Portage 7:30pm: The Wolverines will look to get their first win of the season as they head out to the East Division for the first time as they travel to Portage to take on the 2023 Centennial Cup Hosts.

Last Game: 4-3 OT Loss vs. Virden: The Wolverines fell 4-3 in OT for the second straight night to their West Division rivals as Joey Bielik scored the OT goal at 3:09. The Wolverines managed to get two points out of their first weekend, but are last in the division thanks to rest of the division picking up points throughout the week.

Tonight’s Matchup: Vs. Waywayseecappo 7:30pm: The Portage Terriers will play their first matchup against a West Division opponent at home when they take on the Wolverines. With the first ranked powerplay and penalty kill, the Centennial Cup Hosts for 2023 are already showing that they could be the class of the league.

Last Game: 5-4 OT Win Vs. Selkirk: Slade Stanick played hero for the Terriers as he scored the tying goal in the third period, and then the OT winner near the end of overtime to give the Portage Terriers a 2-0 record. It was a tough weekend series against Selkirk, getting all four points, but only beating them by three combined goals.
