The Waywayseecappo Wolverines will be hosting the Virden Oil Capitals for their 2026-27 Home Opener.
For the second consecutive year, the Wolverines will host the Oil Caps to start the season. The season will start on Friday, September 18th at 7:30pm.
The MJHL also announced that the Wolverines will head to Virden the night after for the Oil Capitals home opener on Saturday, September 19th at 7:30pm.
Both teams advanced past the first round of the MJHL Playoffs, beating their West Division counterparts. The Oil Capitals made it to the MJHL Final before losing to the Niverville Nighthawks.
The rest of the schedule is expected to be announced in the coming days.
