The Waywayseecappo Wolverines will start their 2022-23 season on the road in Virden before taking on the Oil Capitals once again in their home opener at Waywayseecappo Arena.
The MJHL released each member clubs’ opening weekend schedule on Thursday.
The Wolverines will head to Tundra Oil & Gas Place on Friday September 16th to take on the Oil Capitals in Virden’s home opener. The two teams will turn around and head to the Waywayseecappo Arena to play in the Wolverines home opener on the 17th of September at 7:30pm.
The two teams recently played in the 2022 playoffs, where Virden won four games all by one goal to advance to the next round.
The MJHL will release the remainder of the schedule later on.
