Wolverines sign Heimbecker

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines have signed defencemen Brodie Heimbecker to a letter of intent for the 2025-26 season.

The Regina, Saskatchewan product played for the Yorkton Maulers of the Saskatchewan Male Under 18 Hockey League, scoring 6 goals and 18 assists in 44 games.

The 17-year-old than played for Fort Knox of the Prairie Junior Hockey League during the post season, helping the team win the championship by putting up 8 points (1 goal, 7 assists) in 13 games.

Heimbecker was at the Wolverines ID Camp this past weekend.
