Wolverines looking to sweep vs. OCN

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines are going toe to toe with the Dauphin Kings for first place in West Division, and the OCN Blizzard are looking to get back in  playoff position.

The Wolverines and Blizzard meet once again this weekend, with games on Friday at 7:30pm (in Waywayseecappo) and Sunday at 7:00pm (in OCN).

Last weekend, the Wolverines dominated the Blizzard in two consecutive games, staving off an OCN comeback with a 6-4 win, before traveling back home and taking another game with a 5-1 score.

Even with it being early in the season, the Wolverines are currently battling with Dauphin for first place in the West with a big four-game series with them next weekend. Two wins are the only way for the Wolverines to guarantee to stay tied or lead for the lead.

Meanwhile for OCN, they are only two points back of third in the West. They are battling with three other teams (Virden, Neepawa, Swan Valley) for third and fourth spots.
