The Waywayseecappo Wolverines came back from 3-1 down, but ended up losing in extra time to the Swan Valley Stampeders.
Two nights after Yorkton pulled the same feat against the Wolverines, Waywayseecappo scored two late goals in the four minutes to tie the game up, until the Stampeders won it in OT.
The only goal that was scored in the first was by Lucas Newman for the Stampeders who finished in front from a pass from Cole Lobreau to make it 1-0.
In the second, the Stampeders had themselves a 5-on-3 powerplay, in which Miguel Van Den Driessche scored to make it 2-0.
The Wolverines got on the board when Kalix Monkman received a pass in front from Alec Strachan to put it away and make it a one goal hockey game.
But the Stamps got one back in the late part of the period when Dayson Martin scored to make it 3-1.
It was Cale Livingston and Cade Legaarden that got the two late goals to even up the game.
The Wolverines will next host the Stampeders on Friday at the Waywayseecappo Arena.
