Wolverines Acquire Veteran Cody Thompson

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines have acquired 1999-born Defenseman, Cody Thompson from the Portage Terriers.

In 22 games this season with the Terriers, the 6-foot-5, 229-pound defender from Killarney, MB has 2 goals and 7 assists.

Thompson is a veteran of 157 MJHL games and brings a wealth of experience to the Wolverines back end with two Turnbull Cup championships, an Anavet Cup and a trip to the National Championship.

Heading the other way are prospects, Ethan McColm and Brody Wilson. The Wolverines would like to thank Ethan and Brody for their time with the organization.
