WEEKLY OUTLOOK: Wolverines take on playoff bound teams

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines will be taking its 4-2 record since the Christmas Break into another three game week.

This time though, the Wolverines will be taking on three teams that are all in a playoff spot, and three teams that are all above the Wolverines in the standings.

On Tuesday they take on the Dauphin Kings, a team that they have gone 0-3 against this year. But all three games were played in Dauphin and all three games happened in a row for the Wolverines, and all around the Christmas Break.

On Friday, they will head to Neepawa for the second time this season to take on the Titans. The Wolverines have a 2-0 record against Neepawa so far this season.

On Saturday, the Wolverines will be wearing pink for Hockey Fights Cancer night as they host the Portage Terriers. The two teams have played three games against each other, and the Wolverines have gone 1-1-1.

The Wolverines have slowly been inching towards a .500 mark, but still sit nine points back of Neepawa and Dauphin for third spot in the West Division. They do hold a 14 point lead on Swan Valley, but the Stamps have four games in hand.
