WEEKLY OUTLOOK: Wolverines return to three straight against the West

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines are back, as they return to the ice this week, taking on three divisional opponents, with three games in four days.

Sitting ten points up on the fifth place team in the West, but 11 points back of the third place team in the division, the Wolverines are in a safe position heading into the second half of the season, firmly in a playoff spot, but needing some work to move up spots.

The injured Wolverines are looking pretty healthy to start the second half season, and with the trade deadline on January 10th, the team will be looking a lot different than it did going into the Christmas break.

The first game back is in Dauphin, where they have lost their last two games. Then they will head to Virden to take on the Oil Capitals for the first time since early October, and then host the Blizzard on home ice. It will be the first time they have played Northern Manitoba since losing back to back games in The Pas halfway through October.
