The Waywayseecappo Wolverines will get a little bit of a break before they get back to work on the weekend.
After playing three games a week for the first three weeks of the season, they will go back down to two a week for the next wo weeks, starting with a home back to back this weekend.
The Wolverines will host the league’s worst team and the league’s second best team in a span of 24 hours, but both on home ice.
They host the Northern Manitoba Blizzard on Friday night. They have gone 1-1-1 in their three games against the team this year.
Then on Saturday they’ll host the Pistons for the final game against the two teams. This year they have gone 0-3 in the season series.
This weekend will also be parents weekend for the players as family members will be in attendance.
