After a split during the week against the Virden Oil Capitals, the Waywayseecappo Wolverines will be playing three teams this week that are on the outside of the playoffs at the moment.
The Wolverines (5-4-0-0) have gone the entire season going back and forth with wins and losses, never being able to get a streak going in either direction.
This week will be the best time to do it, as they take on the Winnipeg Blues (2-4-2-0) on home ice, and then head to The Pas to take on the Northern Manitoba Blizzard (0-5-1-0) for a pair of games.
It will be part of a stretch of four straight games against teams that aren’t in a playoff spot at the time being.
