WEEKLY OUTLOOK: Wolverines continue busy January

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines will continue their busy January month with another three games this week.

The Wolverines went 2-1 last week, losing to Dauphin before beating the Virden Oil Capitals in overtime and then the Northern Manitoba Blizzard on back to back nights.

This week the Wolverines will take on three teams that are all out of a playoff spot.

They start the week going up against the Winnipeg Blues, a team they have gone 0-2 with this year.

They will head to Swan River on Friday night to take on the Stampeders. They have gone 3-1 in the season series, but their one loss was in Swan River.

The Wolverines will come back to home ice on Saturday night to take on the last place Winnipeg Monarchs.

Waywayseecappo finds themselves nine points back of Neepawa for the third place spot in the West Division.
