TEAM YELLOW 6 – 3 TEAM BLACK
Connor Maruska scored twice as Team Yellow got themselves a 6-3 victory over Team Black in the opening game of Main Camp.
The team got out to a quick lead just 10 seconds in when Ben Roulette welcomed himself back to the Wolverines lineup and scored. Team Yellow got out to a 3-0 lead after one with a Maruska goal and a Ryder Kirk goal.
In the second period, the teams went back and forth with Maruska getting his second of the game, followed by Aidan Herring scoring for Team Black. Isaac McArthur scored for Team Yellow to make it 5-1 after two.
After Yellow got a goal from Noah Oughton to make it 6-1, Team Black answered with two more to make it 6-3, with goals by Gradt Clarkson and Gage Sutherland.
TEAM RED 2 – 0 TEAM WHITE
Jase Wareham put up a shutout, as Team Red held on for a 2-0 win.
The scoring didn’t start until the second period as Rhyle Wheaslehead scored on a 2-on-1 from a pass from Treycen Wuttunnee.
Team Red added on in the third when Rhett Perrin scored to make it 2-0.
In the other crease, Haden Heide almost went save for save in the loss.
