The Waywayseecappo Wolverines lost a high scoring game against the Neepawa Titans on Saturday night.
The Wolverines were up by two goals at two separate times but gave it up before the end of each period, before giving up the lead in the third period.
The Wolverines scored two goals halfway through the first when Sebastian Stone and Ryan Jossy scored back to back.
But the Titans scored two to tie it up when Dawson Andries and Cooper Kasprick near the end of the period.
The Wolverines got another two goals to start the second period, when Bronson Seymour and Mikey Thomas scored in the first two minutes of the period. But once again Bronson Parker and Connor Hoemson were able to answer to tie it up at 4.
The Titans scored 11:47 into the third period when Shae Chornley put it past Logan Falk.
Kyle Weisgarber scored an empty netter to make it 6-4.
The Titans were 3/4 on the powerplay while the Wolverines were 1/2 with the man advantage.
The Wolverines will now travel to Cote First Nation to take on the SJHL’s Yorkton Terriers at 8:30pm Manitoban time.
