The Waywayseecappo Wolverines picked up more points on Tuesday as they got a full two points with a 4-2 win over the Neepawa Titans.
The Wolverines move within one point back of the Neepawa Titans for third place in the West Division (Titans have two games in hand) after controlling the game from start to finish.
Dylan Hebert got the scoring started just 4:24 into the game when he dangled around the Titans team and snuck it past Zach Burleigh to make it 1-0.
The Titans scored on a 2-on-1 as Jack Clark scored his 23rd of the season to tie the game.
Just a few minutes later, Blake Farthing scored on a breakaway to give the Wolverines the lead, which would be permanent.
In the second period, Sebastien Hicks scored on a backhanded goal to give the Wolverines a 3-1 lead and get his 25th of the season.
In the third, Neepawa got within one when Tyler Wamboldt was able to blow it past Mariko Bercier just 4:27 into the period.
But on a four minute powerplay, Aidan Herring picked up his 20th of the season to make the game 4-2, and give the Wolverines the win.
Mariko Bercier stopped 32 shots for the win, while Burleigh stopped 22 in the loss.
The Wolverines will now head out east on Friday to take on the Winnipeg Monarchs at 7:45pm, as they look to keep their point streak going.
