PREVIEW: Wolverines take on Blues

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines are heading to Winnipeg on Saturday night to take on the Blues a day after losing to Winkler 5-0.

The Wolverines were heavily outshot in the game, especially through the first two periods, only getting six shots through the first 40 minutes. It made the Wolverines fail at winning two straight games in a row once again.

Now they will take on the Blues, who they have lost to before this season, losing 4-2 back to in October.

The Blues have improved from the past years edition of their teams. They are battling with the Winkler Flyers for the fifth spot in the East Division, and has played close to the juggernauts of the league. They have a similar record to the Wolverines this year. They have lost two straight going into tonight’s game, as they lost to Selkirk 5-3 and the Stampeders 6-4.

The Wolverines are hoping to improve their recent stretch, as they have only won 3 of their last 10 games.
