New Shoulder Patch Honours Waywayseecappo First Nation

The Waywayseecappo Wolverines Junior ‘A’ Hockey Club in conjunction with the leadership of Waywayseecappo First Nation is proud to reveal the organization’s new shoulder patch logo, signifying Waywayseecappo as a member of Treaty Four Territory.

The Wolverines will wear the new patch with pride as a tribute to Waywayseecappo First Nation. The new logo will be featured on the shoulder of the clubs home and away uniforms starting this coming season.

Inside the new shoulder patch logo features Chief Waywayseecappo, the Treaty Four Territory flag, and Waywayseecappo Wolverines translated to the Ojibway language of our people. The outer ring of the logo also features the colors of the medicine wheel.
