McPeak commits to NAIT

Former Waywayseecappo Wolverines captain Sam McPeak has committed to play for the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology hockey program in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference.

McPeak played his final junior season with the Wolverines, being named captain of the team halfway through the season. He put up a career high 13 goals and 18 assists for 31 points in 55 games.

McPeak also played with the Estevan Bruins of the SJHL and the Camrose Eagles of the AJHL throughout his junior career.

The Edmonton, Alberta product will be in his hometown with the NAIT Ooks, as they are based out of Edmonton.
