Isaac LaBelle Named Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Player of the Month

Waywayseecappo Wolverines goaltender Isaac LaBelle has been named Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Player of the Month for January.

Despite a slower start to the month for the Wolverines, LaBelle continued to keep the club in tight games throughout. Following a pair of back to back losses to the Steinbach Pistons in which Isaac stopped 57 of 61 shots, the club bounced back.

LaBelle backstopped the Wolverines to a 3-2 victory over the Neepawa Natives before picking up a crucial 4-2 road win in Steinbach where he stopped 33 of 35 shots to end the month of January with back to back wins.

Keep up the outstanding play Isaac!
