Tonight’s Matchup:  Vs. Dauphin at 7:30pm: It’s the start of four games in eight days between the Wolverines and Dauphin Kings. The two teams are separated by one point in the West Division standings, and with the season closing soon enough, it’ll  be the most important games to date for both teams.

Last Game: 10-3 Loss vs. Virden: Playing with a first time goaltender, the Wolverines gave up 10 goals to an offensive Virden Oil Capitals. The Wolverines battled for the first half of the game, until a five minute penalty kill which they gave up two goals late in the 2nd was the nail on the coffin for the game.

Tonight’s Matchup:  @ Waywayseecappo at 7:30pm: The Dauphin Kings have led the West Division for most of the year, and after losing it for a brief moment in February, stay one point ahead of the Wolverines before four games in eight days against them.

Last Game: 7-2 Loss Vs. OCN: Carson Cherepak was pulled after giving up three goals in the opening frame, and the Kings couldn’t recover losing 7-2 to the 6th place team in the West Division. Even though the Kings outshot the Blizzard 42-24, they couldn’t beat Steven Bacovsky more than twice in the 60 minutes.
